The conference heard and adopted the work report of the first Council of Guangdong Electronics Industry Association made by Secretary-General Zhu Minglun on behalf of the first council;Listened to and adopted the explanation of the Association on amending the Association Constitution and adjusting the Membership Payment Standard made by Deputy Secretary-General Liang Hongfei，The financial report on the income and expenditure of the second session of membership dues made by Li Zhantao, Assistant President of the Association。
After hearing from Deputy Secretary-General Liang Hongfei on the adjustment arrangement, election and employment method of the third term of the organization of the Association, the assembly voted by secret ballot to pass the association's constitution and the adjustment arrangement, election and employment method of the third term of the organization of the association, as well as the development plan of the association from 2011 to 2015。
